Proposed acquisition of Vos Logistics by Jacky Perrenot

Today Jacky Perrenot Group confirmed its intention to acquire Vos Logistics. The proposed acquisition is part of Jacky Perrenot’s international growth plan and its ambition to reach €2 billion in revenue by 2027. Completion of the transaction remains subject to customary consultations and regulatory approvals.

Following the acquisition of ArrowXL in the United Kingdom in June 2025, this project reflects the Group’s determination to strengthen its position among Europe’s leading logistics players.

A partnership serving a shared European ambition

With a revenue of €1.3 billion, Jacky Perrenot has, for several decades, been a benchmark in transport and logistics, recognised for its operational excellence, customer focus, and leadership in transport decarbonisation. 

Vos Logistics, a Dutch based European logistics provider with 35 branches in 6 European countries, generates €370 million in annual revenue and is recognised for its expertise in international transport, multi-country distribution, and value-added contract logistics. 

Building a responsible and customer-driven European champion

The combined entity will represent around €1.7 billion in annual revenue, supported by over 12,000 employees across Europe. 

It will strengthen geographic coverage, the performance and flexibility of logistics operations, and the range of integrated solutions offered to manufacturers, retailers, healthcare, construction and e-commerce clients throughout the continent.
