Jacky Perrenot finalizes acquisition of Vos Logistics and strengthens its European footprint

French group Jacky Perrenot announces the completion of its acquisition of Dutch company Vos Logistics, following the receipt of all required regulatory approvals. A recognized player in transport and logistics in Europe, Vos Logistics has established itself as a specialist in logistics, Benelux distribution, international transport and freight forwarding. This strategic transaction allows Jacky Perrenot to significantly extend its European network and enhance its ability to support its clients on an international scale.

Scaling up to serve customers better

With this acquisition, the combined entity achieves nearly €1.7 billion in revenue and brings together over 12,000 employees across Europe. This transaction is in line with the group's ongoing international development strategy and represents a milestone in achieving its goal of €2 billion in revenue by 2027. The merger with Vos Logistics strengthens the group's presence in Northern and Central Europe, while consolidating its positions on international flows and complex supply chains.
