In 2025, Vos Logistics strengthened its foundation for growth and delivered improved results despite challenging market conditions. Recovery continued steadily throughout the year in both divisions. Turnover reached €356 million, similar to 2024. Contribution margin was elevated to 17.5%, while 2024 contained the benefits of a truck cartel claim settlement. Organizational costs were under tight control. In spite of mandatory increases and indexations indirect costs were kept equal to previous year. Divestments of real estate and transport equipment generated significant book profits.
EBITDA improved to 4.2% while previous year included one advantages from truck cartel claims. Depreciations decreased due to more tight asset utilization control, hence less transport equipment requirements in combination with ending amortization schedules. Interest charges remained comparable to 2024. Although absolute tax charges were higher in line with higher results, tax pressure was brought down to 30%.
