Training and Education
Quality and safety comes first in everything we do. That's why we train our employees at a regular basis. The courses drivers consider all the theoretical and practical skills necessary for the correct execution of transport orders, including loading, unloading and cleaning procedures and all manner of administrative routines. Important element of the courses are the courses "Fuel Efficient Driving" and  "Behaviour Based Safety".  These are focused on everything relating to behaviour, not only driving style but also attitude to work and professional conduct. Experience shows that these courses are making the difference between an average driver and a good one. Since these modules became part of the training course, the number of incidents, accidents and complaints has fallen considerably.
